APEX  Sales  Corporation was promoted by SHRI JAGAT  BHATIA in The year 1966 as a Fabrication Units of  Iron and  Steel .The Foundry  Division was started in the year 1973, with  the purpose of General castings For customers as per their orders and  patterns. The Production of sewing machine stands was started in The year 1980 which itself is an end products and has a markets all over India.

SHRI PREM BHATIA and SHRI HARISH BHATIA Both sons or SHRI JAGAT BHATIA Joined the firm as Partners in The year 1986 and are  now looking after day to day Management, Production , Sales and Marketings.

PROCESS:

SORTING & BREAKING is considered to be the first step involved in casting . After that the raw material is MELT in the CUPOLA . This is the second step involved in manufacturing . Third step involved in the process is REFINING .It is the process of removing impurities from the molten metal by fluxing, degassing deoxidation and also by chemical reactions and at times by diluting . The refined molten metal results into sound  casting of desired strength &purity .The molten is poured into sand moulds and the casting are taken out from the moulding boxes . After cooling casting is cleaned &feltered . MACHING of casting is yet another process . After cleaning casting is taking to the different machining casting is send to paint shop for PAINTING and after inspection & packing the product is ready to dispatch & sale .
